Composting made simple, since 2005.
BROME Compost designs, builds, installs and supports in-vessel composting systems. More than 100 BROME composters are at work in Canada, the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
Who we are
BROME Compost has worked on composters since 2005, first developing, testing and selling them for a range of clients. At the end of 2014 we became a manufacturer, and we have built our own industrial composters ever since.
Today we design composting systems for operations of all sizes, build them, install them on site, and train and support the people who run them. You will find BROME composters on farms, in municipalities, in food businesses and schools, and in communities across Canada's North.

“I founded Brome Compost Inc. from a desire to make composting both simple and accessible.”
In my opinion, and the same goes for the whole BROME Compost team, building an efficient and user-friendly system is only a part of the mission. The true challenge resides in optimizing the composter and the composting process so that each composting system is perfectly adapted to our customer's specific needs and goals.
Our outstanding team will deliver customized service to help assess your needs, install your made-to-measure industrial composting system and help resolve any on-site issues. I make sure that all our clients get the best solution for their composting needs by making a point of being personally involved in the development of every project.

Our commitment
Waste back to resource
Composting turns organic waste into a resource instead of sending it to landfill, and returns its nutrients to the soil.
Treated where it is produced
A composter on site means less hauling of organic waste. That matters most in northern and remote communities.
Built to last
BROME composters are modular, and parts can be replaced one by one. A BROME 616 installed in 2012 is still composting today.
